Terms of service
The agreement between your studio and ours: what we owe you, and what we ask in return.
- 01
The service
A hosted workspace for running a clothing line: design development, tech packs, sampling, fabrics, costing, merchandising and publishing. Each workspace is implemented for one studio, so what yours includes is what was agreed in your implementation.
- 02
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite and what they can see. Factory accounts are scoped to their own styles; share links are open to anyone holding them. Tell us promptly if you think an account or a link has been compromised and we will rotate it.
- 03
Your content and who owns it
You own your designs, photographs, specifications and the imagery generated from them. We claim no licence over them beyond what is needed to run the product for you — storing them, displaying them back to you, and passing them to a model provider when you ask for a draft or a render.
- 04
Acceptable use
Do not upload other people’s designs or photographs without the right to do so, and do not use the generation tools to imitate another brand’s imagery. Both are grounds for us to suspend a workspace.
- 05
Fees and billing
An implementation fee, a monthly service fee, and consumption for generated imagery. Consumption is billed on what you actually render. Fees are agreed before work starts and do not change mid-term without your agreement.
- 06
Availability
We do not offer a contractual uptime figure, because we would rather not print one we cannot enforce against our own hosting providers. Current and historical availability is on the Status page.
- 07
Liability
The product helps you produce documents that factories cut cloth from. Check them. We are not liable for production decisions taken on the basis of a generated specification you did not review.
- 08
Ending the agreement
Leave whenever you like. We will export your workspace — styles, tech packs, photographs and imagery — in a form you can use elsewhere, and then delete it. There is no exit fee and no notice trap.
