Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, where it is stored, and how to get it back or have it deleted.

What we collect
An account is an email address, a name and a role. Everything else in a workspace is what you put there: styles, sketches, tech packs, sample dates, fabric quotes, costings and photographs. We do not buy data about you, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use it
To run the product for you. Your styles and photographs are processed to draft specifications and generate imagery when you ask for it. We do not use your designs, photographs or costings to train models, and we do not show one studio anything belonging to another.

Where it is stored
In a hosted Postgres database and object storage, both operated by Supabase, and served through Vercel. Text and image generation runs through the Vercel AI Gateway to the model providers named on the Security page. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by those providers.

Who else can see it
Your team, and whoever you share a link with. A factory you invite sees only the styles assigned to it. Share links for tech packs, fabric sheets and sample schedules need no login, so treat them as public to anyone holding the URL — they are long and unguessable, but they are not a password.

How long we keep it
For as long as your workspace exists. Ask us to delete it and we delete it, including generated imagery and uploaded photographs. Backups roll off on the hosting provider’s own schedule.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything in your workspace, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act on it rather than route you through a form.

privacy@samplesignal.com. This policy describes current practice and is written to be read rather than to be survived; it has not yet been through outside counsel, so if your procurement team needs a countersigned version, ask and we will get one drawn up.
