Current availability of the application, the image pipeline and the public share links.

   Application

   Operational. The board, tech packs, fabrics and the buy sheet are served from Vercel against a Supabase database.

2. 02

   Rendering

   Operational. Text drafting and image generation run through the Vercel AI Gateway. Generation is the part most likely to slow under load, because it depends on a model provider rather than on us.

   Share links

   Operational. Tech packs, fabric sheets, sample schedules and order sheets are public links and are served independently of sign-in, so a factory can keep working during an authentication problem.

   Incident history

   No customer-affecting incidents recorded. When there is one it will be written up here — what broke, for how long, and what changed so it does not happen again.
