Sample Signal was built inside a working studio, to run a real line against real factories. Every feature started as something that went wrong.

Why this exists
A sample came back in the wrong cloth. The tech pack said one thing, the factory had quoted another, and nobody noticed until the box arrived. That is not a software problem in the abstract — it is what happens when a specification, a quote and a conversation live in three different places. Every part of this product is an answer to a specific version of that.

How we work
Nothing ships here that has not been used to run an actual season. The tech packs in the product are the tech packs our factories build from; the sample dates are dates they confirmed; the imagery is generated from photographs taken on a phone in the studio. When a feature has not earned its place on a real line, it does not go in.

Where we are going
Wider rather than deeper: more studios, more factories, and the parts of the cycle after the sale — what sold, in which colourway, feeding the next line plan. The shape of the product is set; what changes is how much of the cycle it covers.
